DAS INTERLAND
The Netherlands and Germany have a long and passionate football history together. In fact, their rivalry dates back more than a half-century. Volkswagen, being one of the few German products that the Dutch actually love, wanted to defuse the tension.
So, when the two were set to meet in Euro 2012, we decided to create a lighthearted game that would allow fans on both sides of the border to settle the score before kick-off.
